Zuidhoek is a small-size shopping centre situated in the south of Leusden in a residential area. Leusden has approximately 30,000 inhabitants.

The catchment area is Leusbroek and anchor tenants are supermarket Dirk van den Broek and drugstore Trekpleister. The size of the centre is around 2,300 m² which is suitable for it’s catchment area. The shopping centre has been developed in 2011.
